Huusk Chef Knife Set of 5, Japanese Stainless Knife Set Dishwasher Safe

I am very impressed with this Huusk knife set. From the moment I opened the box, the quality was obvious. The knives feel solid and well-made, with a great balance in the hand. The wooden handles are smooth, comfortable to grip, and give the knives a premium, professional look.Most importantly, they are extremely sharp right out of the package. I’ve used them for chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and general kitchen prep, and they perform perfectly every time. The blades cut cleanly and effortlessly, making cooking much easier and more enjoyable.I also really like the design and craftsmanship

I like these. They are Sharp and so far perform well. Having said that, I do wish they were HEAVIER! The light weight is the only thing that i don't care for.

I recently purchased this chef knife and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. As someone who loves to cook, having a good quality knife is essential, and this one did not disappoint.Firstly, the blade is incredibly sharp and easily cuts through anything I've thrown at it, from meats to vegetables to fruits. It's also well-balanced, which makes it easy to handle and control.The handle is comfortable to grip and provides a secure hold, even when my hands are wet or slippery. Plus, it looks great too!Do not run this through the dishwasher. It is carbon steel and will get rust spots. Hand wash

Very nice set! Love how they look. Very sharp. My boyfriend preps in a restaurant and uses his all the time. Unfortunately he dropped the knife and it chipped it. I'm not sure if that is quality or just a bad oppsy

So sharp so cutting is so easy. These handles are amazingly comfortable in the hand. Unlike all the brands who are having the manufacturing done in China, this one which was manufactured in Japan and can go in the dishwasher with NO rusting. Kinda like the original Henkel knives that used to be manufactured in Japan. Henkel is now manufacturing in China and I will never buy them again. Rusted the first time in the dishwasher. My 15 year old Japanese manufactured Henkels are still rush free. I will be buying Huusk from now on unless they start manufacturing in China!

Study wood handle and a sharp blade.I've sharpened them once since owning them. I use a diamond plate and they sharpen very quickly. They have a heavy weight and balance. Better quality than I expected for budget Chef knives.My chief complaint is they are very thick blades and your hand my tie with extended use. 3/16 in or 4.5 mm thick spine.Item distribution is misleading as these are NOT made in Japan!!! Huusk Japan only refers to the knife style for these Chinese made knives.
