Chose this one mostly for it's looks and functionality with a good CFM level. Our's is a brand new installation that vents outside of the wall so that part was a bit tricky but installing the unit is fairly easy. Once installed, this unit does what is advertised as having the motion sensor to operate the fans and lights.We found it very useful when you have your hands full or simply cannot touch the controls so as not to contaminate what your cooking or cutting while cooking. Good suction Sleek Range hoodIt is very effective in removing smoke, odors and grease, looks very sleek. It is quiet, gesture sensitive, light is bright and overall a great product. Customer Service was outstanding. Installation was a little challenging due to our very high ceilings though once installed we loved it.

The hood is very sleek. Seems well made overall, not cheaply made. It’s very heavy! 60+ lbs. I don’t find the noise level overwhelming but I do find the motion sensor annoying at times. It randomly picks up movement when I walk past it and turns on. The finish is nice and is easy to use. I had a contractor install it as part of a kitchen renovation. Therefore I can’t comment on the ease of installation. Haven’t really used it much but when I have it seems to be quite strong. 4 out of 5 due to a small dent on the top which you can only see if you are looking down on it. So far I’m the only one

This a great unit. Well built, and VERY stylish.Unfortunately, I had some minor shipping issues, BUT Emma, with iKTCH worked with me and solved my problem. I would definitely order again! The customer service really makes the difference... I'm in Alaska, so customer service issues are important to me. I really appreciate good customer service!!!

I love how it looks in the kitchen once installed. Relatively quiet compared to my previous 600 cfm vented hood. Also like the fact that you can wash the filters in dishwasher.

I have had this vent fan for about a year now. It works well. I can cook a steak and not set off the smoke detectors. The hand gesture to turn on the fan works, but it will not work well if other people are standing around you. It seems to confuse the motion sensor. So Basically "Get out of my kitchen. I'm trying to cook". LOL. Other than that I really like it. The cooking lights work well. The Stainless steel has a really good look to it. I installed stainless steel panels the full length from the stove to the ceiling behind the vent and it looks very good.

I was worried this would not arrive in time for my kitchen remodel. The company reached out to me giving me updates and reassurance it would arrive on time....and it did!The fan is powerful and I love the touchless features and the remote! If I had anything negative to say, it would be that one of the filters rattles a bit at high speeds but I haven't had a chance to make sure if it's installed right or not.

Absolutely 5 star rating specially for the after sales support, the hood looks great after installation and worked great as well, I noticed the gesture sensor not functioning, so contacted the customer support. Emma from customer service who made the experience seamless and hassle free for me had another new unit delivered in no time as a customer satisfaction gesture. I am happy to have chosen this range hood.
