LG LFDS22520S - Refrigerator/Freezer - French Door Bottom Freezer with Water Dispenser - Stainless Steel

This refrigerator was delivered with Care and professionalism. The accessibility and sensors are a plus. I made sure of the size and it slid right in. It was delivered on time when my refrigerator took a dump on me, while recovering from surgery. If I had to order an appliance again, this will be the best and more efficient way to go for me.

Refrigerator is excellent. Worked properly from the get-go. Had to get one that fit my space exactly, and it did. Very happy!

SI vas a comprar una refri de esta marca, asegúrate de no equivocarte al comprarla, porque la devolución es un dolor de cabeza. Nunca la pude devolver y me tuve que quedarla para venderla. Me enviaron un label para devolverla, donde el costo es de casi 800 dólares, la mitad de lo que cuesta la refri. Qué decepción. Mejor lo hubiera comprado en una tienda cercana a donde vivo. Le doy una estrella de calificación, nada más porque el sistema me lo pide

Best one for the apartments due to it’s size. 10 years warranty on compressor is amazing.I live in apartments, 3rd floor, no elevator. I had absolutely zero issues with delivery, the crew brought it up right into my apartment with no complaints. Props to Amazon.

Exactly what I wanted. Info said it did not have ice maker but it does. Added surprise. Great space saver

LQ was not very helpful. Initially they said they could send repair person in two weeks - phone number they gave didn't answer and they had no website. Got LQ to give me other people in area that could repair - I called them and they said they could come the next day if they had a repair order from LQ - that took 4 days and multiple calls to LQ. Repair company came three times and finally solved the problem after replacing the compressor, condenser, etc. Was debris in the refrigerant line.

When closing one door, the other pops open

If you buy this refrigerator, then also buy replacement shelves. We purchased ours 4 years ago and when we opened the door last night to put something back on one of the door shelves, it cracked and everything fell on the floor. I looked at the other shelves and discovered they all had cracks and were also likely to crack open spilling their contents. Fortunately, no glass containers were on the cracked shelf so the floor wasn't covered with glass shards. I notified LG of this deficiency but they wouldn't acknowledge it was a manufacturing defect nor replace the shelves at their cost.
