    Complete Set

    I got these as a house warming gift for my son's new apartment. He's just moved in and needs everything. Rather than purchase each blade separately, I saw this set and figured why not. The price is great and the block is a good way to keep your sharp knives organized. Plus, they've built a sharpener into the block. How cool is that? Just give the blade a pull or two every other time you use it and save yourself the hassle of having to pull out the old electric sharpener every couple of months to put an edge on every thing.But these are well put together with sturdy handles and good steel. Best

    Overall, the KATISUN 15-piece knife set is a fantastic investment for any home chef. It's functional, beautiful, and a pleasure to use – just be sure to enlist your partner for sharpening duty if you, like me, prefer peace and quiet in the kitchen!While I might not use the scissors every day, I appreciate the thoughtful inclusivity and know they'll come in handy for those crafty moments.But what truly steals the show for me are the handles. They're incredibly comfortable and provide excellent grip.I leave the sharpening to my husband – those high-pitched screeches are just not my thing! Thankf

    Pretty good, but a little heavy

    This is definitely not the sharpest knife set that I’ve ever used, but it’s not terrible either. The workmanship is quite beautiful and I love the wood block. All of the main cutting knives I’ve found to be very sharp, except the Santoku. The main cutting area on the Santoku skids on an apple skin, and it doesn’t hold a straight line down to the cutting board when cutting through. It’s also uncomfortable (and scary) to cut things that are harder with it, like carrots.I’ve also found that these knives are quite heavy. They are balanced very well, but they are on the heavier side.Overall I think

    Super Knife Set

    I ordered this knife set to upgrade from an old set I have. This simple set has impressed me so far. The knives are sharp and seem to hand wash well. I like the bonus sharpener on the block, plus the scissors it comes with. The description states these knives are dishwasher safe but I haven't tried that yet. I think this set is worth a purchase.
