A few things worth noting below:Accepts the 13700K processor but must flash the BIOS before install.The BIOS is intuitive and there's room for overclocking (depending upon other hardware, of course). I flashed the BIOS with no processor, RAM, etc. on the board – follow instructions, it's easy – and used the USB thumb drive that came with the motherboard. Easy and ready to install. Comes with a flash drive that may require you to update your BIOs but you're better off downloading the updates from the actual website since those updates will be recent. I had no issue installing the motherboard, I was a nervous wreck since the motherboard feels so fragile but it held strong and allowed me to plug in everything without issue. Good product for a good price!

MSI has been a leader in producing motherboards for quite a long time. This fully functional 16 + 1 + 1 VRM motherboard is outstanding. The specs are solid for PCIE 4.0, 3.0 and m2 slots with plenty of space for additional SSDs. If you consider this board against the Angry Eye Brand you'll find that the value here is amazing especially for a DDR5 kit.

Just got this MB installed and did a clean install of Windows 10. No problems at all. Installation was easy and there are youtube video's with QR code for each installation step. There are more than enough USB3.2 gen 2 ports on the back and more available if the case has them. I highly recommend this product.

Handles an I9 12900k and an MSI RTX 3090 like a champ. XMP's my DDR5 6600 memory without issue as well. Overall, a very well-rounded board that I'll be using in my gaming rig until the need to swap out the I9 12900k arises, which I don't see happening any time soon.The WiFi 6e support is a nice touch as well, if that is something that interests you.

It's a really nice motherboard but I can't recommend it because of the widespread issue with the ethernet adapter. Once windows is installed the adapter will show as working in Device Manager but it will not light up when you plug in an ethernet cord. Windows will not recognize the device as being plugged in and you will not be able to connect to a network (or the internet) through this device.Searching for a solution online I discovered that this is a common problem with all MSI Z690 motherboards. None of the solutions I found, including updating the BIOS, solved the issue for me.I would reco

Got a good price on the Z690 instead of spending more on a Z790 for features I probably won't use. Very well built motherboard and the BIOS update was very easy to make it ready for the 13th gen Intel processor. Had all the connections I needed and more and booted without a problem.

This motherboard is great. It has all the features I need and more. All the usb connections in the rear io, plus wifi.It's good, but the worst part of my build was having to update the bios to support 13th gen. I went through 8 different flash drives and none of them worked. If you are going to use 13th gen and need to update bios, use the flash drive they provide in the box.Format the drive using cmd.exe, convert to MBR, then go to disk management and allocate ONLY 3000MB.
