This laptop is amazing … even though it’s a 2025 model it still screams at speeds that put WIND BURN on my face. I added a 8TB ssd and it still is as fast as day one. With 64GB of RAM I never run out of memory!!!BZ to msi!!!

Honestly, this has been a very frustrating experience with PCOnline US.I paid over $4,000 for what was advertised as a new laptop. When I checked the SSD, it already had about 5,800 power-on hours and was sitting at 87% health right out of the box. Yes, the laptop runs well — but that’s beside the point. This a great product. I have to say that initially I was worried because of the cost; but, I researched all the compeditors and found this product to be the best. Lots of great stuff with it but the most importantly is that it worked out of the box with little effort. I'm so happy. To be fair, I already own an MSI laptop and it has performed wonderfully so no big surpise there; but I really did get surpised anyway. This box is just the best! I would recommend this to any serious gamer or just someone who wants the best laptop on the market.

VERY POWERFUL TO BE A LAPTOP

Absolute junk customer support. Hard drive failed in less than a week. Customer support refused to do an exchange because of value. They will refund in 3 to 6 weeks time. Then I get to order another computer and wait for it to show up. I would give it no stars but it won't let me.

Update: While the first benchmarks seemed good, under practical gaming loads I had issues - USB and thunderbolt dropping connections, displays going blank, and so on. My headphones were stuttering.After suspecting interference or power saving issues, it turned out to be none of that. The problems start when the RAM/memory heats up to about 85C or 90C and get worse as it gets hotter. As seen in the screenshot, I've had it go as high as 101C.I guess it doesn't outright error because DDR5 has ECC. Amazing build quality on the laptop. The RGB looks awesome. May update on gaming performance, but the screen is beautiful.Four stars because the screen has around a pixel of edge lighting, which looks odd, but is mostly unnoticeable. Brick of a charger, but makes sense given the needs of the laptop, and the fact that most chargers/PSUs are most efficient at around 50% use.Fans can get a tad loud, but that's expected from this model, which stays rather cool so far.
