I've been using this set for about 8 months now and loved it so much I bought a set as a gift. The knives stay sharp, the handles still look great with considerable use and I expect these will last for many years to come. Would buy a third time. 😁
I have lots of knives. I like to keep them sharp. I'm a sucker for Damascus steel and I'm a sucker for beautiful wood. These are extremely beautiful and extremely sharp. They set a standard of sharpness that is new to me. The only thing I might point out is that the Damascus, while an attractive pattern, doesn't stand out as boldly as it looks in the photos. Not a complaint, just an observation. No buyers remorse here.
I spent a lot of time researching kitchen knife sets and decided on the Senken because of the Damascus sheet and the and what I consider to be beautiful wood handles and the cost. They are perfect for us and I trust they will be the last knife set I purchase.
These knives are top of the line. They are extremely sharp and are great material.

Incredibly sharp and the weight and ergonomics of these knives is amazing. These are real Demascus as well. You'll never need another knife set, and these can become a family heirloom.
Great quality knives for the price. Packaging was very elegant and well done. I had Shun knife set for the past 17 years and it was time to change but I was not happy with the current Shun line up. SENKEN was the better choice and more than half the price. Double win!
