Another great book from Freida. The twists are unexpected. This book is a great mystery, I highly recommend reading it.

This book was good. I love Frieda McFadden's writing. I've heard she is our Stephen King of this generation (I am Gen Z).The reason this wasn't a five star read for me was due to the pacing of the book. All of Frieda's books are typically fast paced and I would say this one kept me hooked the whole time I was reading it. It wasn't necessarily that pacing-wise. It was more so that the details occurring throughout the story were kind of bland to me and the big reveal occurred in like the very last 30-60 pages of the book. Which is fine. I think she's done similar in other books which has worked
