So far so good. I picked this one solely because of its tall size. I was replacing an 11” tall one and this fit closely. The other features were a plus.The shroud and grill are pretty well built. The fan housing is plastic, but it’s decently strong enough. This range hood has noticeably stronger suction than the older unit it replaced. The lower settings work well for regular cooking, while the highest setting clears smoke and strong odors quickly. It is audible on high, as expected with this much airflow, but the sound is not overly harsh.The stainless steel finish looks clean and matches the other appliances nicely. The push-button controls are simple, and the LED lights provide good coverage over the cooktop. In compare to other brands I've used, Tiesay is more expensive because of the quality. Firstly, motor is super quiet and strong with powerful suction which have adjustable speed and it's really speedy. Second, both led lights are ultra bright and look gorgeous on top of my cooktop. Third, filters are washable and it's easy to clean them from food grease. Moreover, the frame is made with stainless steel, so it's durable and anti rust. Remember, this hood comes with all accessories you need for installation, so easyto set up. Highly suggested

Now that they’ve dropped the price to $199 I think this is a good buy. Nothing super special about it but gets the job done efficiently and install is pretty straight forward. Not too loud either which is the main thing I look for. Nice product
