I actually first bought a same sized griddle from another seller on Amazon, it was cheaper but the quality was not there. This one was packed right, pre-seasoned well, nice fit. Yes, it's cast iron so it won't be as non-stick, and it will rust if you don't use it often and just leave it exposed to elements. But as cast iron goes, this one was done right. This is what a cast iron griddle should be.
Fit perfectly on our GE gas stove.Works great, no rust, easy to clean nothing has stuck to it. Been great. Would definitely recommend. Texture is a bit rough though. That's our only criticism.

The griddle cooks great but is hard to clean because the surface is rough. I do use Pam spray before i cook anything on it. Just wish it was smoother. I wipe with a paper towel and you see pieces of the paper towel staying on the griddle.
Better than the original grill!
Le produit ne ressemble en rien à la description faite. Il n’est pas anti-adhésif comme le prétend le vendeur. Très déçue! Sur les photos on peut voir une poêle anti-adhésive ainsi que la plaque qui venait avec la cuisinière au gas. Sur la dernière photo on peut clairement voir le fini rugueux de la plaque à côté d’une vieille poêle t-Fal. Je ne recommande pas. J’aurais mis 0 étoile si j’avais pu. Retour au vendeur!!
