I ordered 2 of these to replace an alleged smart camera that broke within 2 weeks. So far, so good.I charged both cameras before pairing with the app and then mounting. Pairing was simple. The app gives you step by step instructions with audio instructions. The second was trickier. There is a + sign in the upper right corner of the home screen to start that process. On the first, it auto navigated that step.Mounting (for me) wasn't exactly a breeze, but manageable. I just didn't have much experience with this kind of thing. Great security camera. Bought many of these. One package didn't include the book. Went to the website to setup. Camera was setup and a hummingbird came to look at the blue light. Camera caught a picture of it. You can hear if someone talks to you while you're in the camera vision outside. Light comes on at night as soon as you are in the camera vision. Excellent cost and security and easy to install.

**UPDATE** After a week of using these I have dropped my rating to 1 star. I was told that I could access and download the SD card images from the camera. There is no way to do this that I can find in the app. This basically makes these cameras useless. At the very least you should be able to download your clips.Bought 2 of these to replace some Arlo cameras that I was quite disappointed with. The install is easy, but you do have to use their screws otherwise the camera will not attach to the wall mount properly. This solar powered outside security camera has far exceeded what I expected. I normally don't comment or write a review until I have used an item past it's warrenty. I have used it for two months and so far so good. I will update my review if it stops working during it's first year or if it is still working after it's first year. I have 2 of these cameras, I use to monitor the rear of my home, and my guardian dogs. The cameras have saved me from having to walk in the back to see what is going on when my dogs alert. Work perfectly at night, I can see them as plain as day. I also like that I can call my dogs with the cameras, right from my phone. Customer service is excellent, one of my solar chargers stopped charging after 8 months and the company sent me a new one within days. My other camera which is older continues to work and cgarge flawlessly. I highly recommend purchasing this camera.
