Bose 738063-1100 SoundTouch 20 Wireless Speaker, Works with Alexa, Black

I have all three units (10, 20 series 3 and 30 series 3) and here are my impressions. If you are going to buy these I would recommend buying the 20 series 3. There's nothing wrong with the other two models - the 20 is just the best value in my opinion. The 10 lacks the LCD display on the front, it's quite big enough for larger rooms, and it doesn't have a network port. The 30 is a bit louder and larger than the 20 but I find the 20 to be powerful enough to handle any room indoors. Maybe the 30 would be good outside or in a gymnasium setting but I just don't feel its necessary in a regular hous

Just WOW!!!I am just floored on the amount of sound and bass such a small unit is able to pump out.The highs stay sharp, the mids stay rich, and the bass packs a punch.As rich and true the sounds are, there is a sweet spot with the volume. After connecting the SoundTouch 20 system I found that it would not communicate with Bose to setup as it should. I called Bose support and we were able to get the system to setup. Then I had a error message every time that I turned the system on. I called Bose again and found out that the Netgear modem/router that I was using is known to be incompatable with the SoundTouch systems. Bose sent me a Linksys router that needed to be setup by a Bose engineer, by turning off the Netgear router and using the Linksys router in its place. These speakers are utterly useless for multi room use. The soundtouch app is terribly user unfriendly. The speakers add to a list easily enough and connect to my home wifi network but they fail to play ''networked'' correctly in multiple rooms simotanously. Overall very happy with my purchase. I've read a lot of complaints about the app and itunes but I haven't had any problems. I've observed a little lag when everything first starts but then it goes away. Initial set up was easy. Adding more soundtouch speakers was easy too. I absolutely love that I can play the same music on multiple speakers throughout my entire house!
