    Stands out quality, reliable cooktop

I’ve been using this cooktop regularly, and it immediately gives off a sturdy, well built feel, works well as advertised as commercial quality, it is the only one I found the NSF certified model. For general cooking, HEAT mode is perfect for fast heating, without droping power, whether I’m bringing water up quickly or preheating a pan. Once I’m there, switching to TEMP mode makes it easy to hold a precise, steady temperature, everything feels controlled. The larger heating area also helps food cook evenly and predictably, quiet fan also. Overall, it’s been a satisfying buy, recommend!!

    Great cooktop to have!

I am very happy with my purchase. I've never used induction cooking so I wanted to try it out before I purchased an induction cooktop. Really like how quickly it boils water, almost twice as fast as my gas range. Easy to change temperature and reacts quickly. Also it is very easy to keep clean. You do need to make sure your cookware is compatible with an induction range. If a magnet sticks to bottom of your pan it will work. If it doesn't stick it will not work simple as that. I bought a Sensarte set of ceramic nonstick cookware to try with this induction method and I'm having a blast experime

    Second One, Same Great Quality

I've been cooking with induction for years and have owned several well-known brands. This one feels better built than any of them. Solid stainless steel, responsive controls, push button is better than touch control for me, and everything about it feels thoughtfully designed. Compared to some of my previous cooktops, this one runs quieter and maintains temperature more consistently as well. It handles my large frying pan beautifully, with heat reaching well beyond the center, the cooking surface is big enough, excellent. It's also lighter than I expected, easy to move around. Great value for t

Lives up to its description: solid, commercial grade unit.

PRO's: Solid, heavy duty construction. Heavy power cord for 1800W power delivery. Controls are simple, self-explanatory. You can set your heat level by power or by temperature. The "Keep Warm (140 deg)" setting is a nice touch. Heating speed is excellent.CON's: The heat settings are too coarse. Each time you press the "+" button on the power setting, it goes up by 200W. That means you only have 10 steps between lowest power and highest. The same is true in Temp mode: each press of the button raises your temp setting by 20 deg F. Your food might be cooking too slow on the current setting, but b

    Worth every extra buck

No regrets spending the extra few bucks on this. It feels solid and built to last, and the real physical buttons is much better than a touch panel, especially when your hands are wet or messy while cooking. I've got the hang of it now: I start on a higher power setting to get everything heated up and cooking, then switch it to a lower temp to hold it right where I want it. Even with such a large stockpot, once it settles in, the temperature stays really steady without big swings. Love it!

    Truly commercial grade

I’ve had this cooktop for about Around a few months and use it several times a week. Still works just as well as when I got it. I originally bought it for the kitchen, but during the summer I started taking it outside to cook on the patio. Really convenient and keeps the heat and cooking smells out of the house. It heats up fast, holds temperature well, and cleanup takes almost no time. I’ve even brought it along on a couple of camping trips,

Strong Performance with a Beautiful Ceramic Top

I’ve been using this electric stove for the past couple of months, especially during family gatherings for hot pot, and I’m very happy with it. The heating power is impressive—it brings water to a boil quickly and maintains consistent heat throughout the meal.I also love the ceramic glass top. It looks sleek and modern, and it’s very easy to clean after use. Overall, it’s a reliable, powerful, and attractive electric stove that works perfectly for hot pot and other cooking needs. It worth it!
