This hand blender has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. It's powerful and easy to use. I love the variable speed control and stainless steel shaft, which feels sturdy and well-made. The included attachments make it versatile, and cleanup is quick. Great quality for the price.

Fabulous!!! I've been using it for two days (just got it), and I'm thrilled with how easily it fits into my food prep. I've used it to make home made mayo, and it is stupidly easier on every level, than using a food processor or blender. I feel dumb for not having bought this years ago, fearing yet another appliance to store. I've used it for an acai bowl, too, and was really happy with the thick, pureed result (harder to get in a blender, which requires more water, and a lot of tamping). This was fast! This is a real powerhouse, very versatile and very strong. It whipped up some chocolate pudding so well that I ended up with more than the recipe promised, because so much air had been whipped in – which is a good thing! I'm sure it would do a great job on egg whites. With whipping cream, you'd have to be careful not to end up with butter. It's a bit heavy, so I held it with two hands because I'm a certified little old lady, and the low-medium-high speed setting is not fixed. I bought this to use it for a froth or from my Matcha tea. To my surprise I could use it as a mixer, a blender and all in one piece. It’s blender, with the blender eater blades on it. I’m glad I didn’t buy another handheld blender this is great all in one performance literally seconds too done.. size compact , quality product a value for my money for sure.

My product arrived somewhat defective, although not enough to return it. It takes a ridiculous amount of force to detach and attach the blender attachment from the base unit. This creates recoil when I finally manage to detach it, spattering food everywhere. The other attachment comes off easily so I think it's a manufacturing defect on the blender attachment. Other than disassembly it works as advertised.

This is the first time I’ve used this kind of hand mixer. So I’m use to the “old school” style, but this is nice for blending hot sauces and not need to wait for the sauce to cool down. It’s a little awkward to hold, especially since I have small hands, but I’m sure I’ll get use to it. Regardless, it does what it advertises.

Geht wieder zurück, da nur für 110 Volt - hätte noch ein Gerät benötigt für den Gebrauch bei bei uns üblichen 220Volt!
