This thing is fantastic, and worth every penny. I did a lot of online research before I got it, with trustpilot and other consumer review sites giving it four and five stars. When I went to check out, I got a pleasant surprise: I had a $100 Amazon gift card that I didn’t even know about, plus $38 and change in American Express credits! So first of all I got this for over 90% off, lol.Second of all, it looks tiny in the website picture. Like a little stick that you can stir directly into a cup. But it isn’t - it’s huge! You can blend a whole giant mixing bowl of mashed potatoes with this thing!

An immersion blender automatically eliminates two of the more inconvenient aspects of blending: the lid popping off when you’re blending something hot and having to clean the container after you’re done. Built for versatility, this blender has a powerful motor and variable speed control dial for everything from those tough-to-chop frozen fruits to delicate creams. Its large size lets you blend even in deep pots, with minimal splattering.
There are also a variety of accessories you can add, like a whisk and chopper, so you can do even more prep work.

My previous stick blender finally went up in smoke after a decade of service so went for the All-Clad one as a replacement....and I'm glad I did. Big family reunion with a weekend of jam making. We used this tool to chop up the berries into a slurry of beautiful jam making berry slush in minutes. So easy to assemble and take apart to clean, motor runs like a power house- with the higher speed absolutely turbo!. Great value for money in my opinion. Exterior stainless steel makes it a simple wipe down and it's fingerprint clean....so much better than my old white plastic one.
This is probably the best immersion blender out there at the moment. The shaft is one piece so it doesn't leak like Kitchen-Aid models with different tip attachments. It also does not suck up liquid over time like the Cuisinart models (where you go to take it apart after using it a few times only to discover gunk has sucked up the internal spinning rod into the attaching area). It has a lot of power that can be dialed up or down. Best of all it has NO safety button or switch so you can use it seamlessly to pulse and push your food around — with one hand. What I did not realize was how big this
You get what you pay for!!! This one is Awesome. I bought a cheaper one first and it took forever to make an avocado aioli. All clad one did it in 20 secondsI also puriied a tough pot roast in about a minute and a half for my dads gravyThe only downside is that the lock is not very firm other than that perfect
So, let me tell you about my ongoing saga with immersion blenders—it's become this quiet tragedy in my little restaurant kitchen, the kind where you keep hoping the next one will be "the one," but deep down you know you're just delaying the inevitable. It all started innocently enough. Back when I was green at this whole owning-a-restaurant thing, I figured those $20 Amazon specials would do the trick. Bought two. Both gave up the ghost after about a month, like they realized restaurant life wasn't for them and quietly retired. Then came the big Vevor beast early in the summer—it's still soldie
It took me sooooo incredibly long to find the perfect immersion blender, but this one is IT. I was looking for a BIFL (Buy It For Life) option and this has not disappointed. I will update in a few years and let you know how it's holding on, but as of now, it's great.I- t feels incredibly sturdy, plastic parts are minimal (just the handle itself) and the whole immersion part is stainless steel. there's a little silicone ring on the inside of the immersion snout, but it's to prevent things from sticking and it's minimal. I'd be okay if it was all stainless steel, but it's WAY more than Teflon or
I loved this immersion blender when I first bought it. It’s powerful. But it has a design flaw. I didn’t notice but it has been sucking up food into the shaft. I clean the head and thought it was clean but there is old foods stuck in it. You can not get it completely clean. I purée tomato sauces, soups and dressings all the time. I just noticed in my last batch of tomato sauce after I cleaned the head it was leaking unknown sauce on the drying rack. I shook it more and whole bunch more came out. There is no way to clean this out completely. It’s supposed to be immersed in liquid. I expected a
Immersion blender blends well and creates smoooooth emulsions. Would recommend
