    UPDATE [1/17/26]: After contacting the seller about the motor failure, they initially offered a partial refund, but after some back-and-forth, they agreed to send a full replacement unit. The new blender arrived quickly and is working perfectly so far. I’m moving my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because, while the first unit was a letdown, the company honored their warranty.I am beyond frustrated with this Bonsenkitchen immersion blender.     Beware of Bonsenkitchen electrical appliances

    This Bonsenkitchen co does not replace or repair products even though it is bought within 1 yr period . My immersion blender did not respond to on/off switches . My product was ordered 17th july 2025 and arrived at end of July . Around the beginning of July 2026 , the switch was not responding . Normally it is still within the 1 yr period . The service dept said it was out of the warranty period . My complaint product is not working less than 1 yr, co refused to give repair or replacement to customer ! Please be careful of the co when shopping for electronics of handheld blender or products fr
