It blends so smooth. I use it daily to blend my cottage cheese and eggs. I use to blend tomatoes for my soups. It's fast and I'm loving my investment. It's very easy to attach and clean.

Better than my expectations! I can’t believe the power this has!! And the price!! I don’t know why you would pay more for a ‘name brand’ when this one is awesome. It blends extremely well, extremely fast, washes easily and is very durable as I dropped it on the floor accidentally and nothing happened. It blended my 4 qt pot of soup in less than 30 seconds. It also blended very roughly chopped vegetables that were only partially cooked in under a minute. I am shocked and amazing by how great this is. Powerful, quick, durable and easy to clean. You get what you pay for with this product. Made of very cheap plastic. Works fine but mine had a small crack where it connects to the motor part. I didn’t return it because I needed it, I glued it and went ahead and used it.

I bought this because I was tired of buying 'frothers' every couple of months. I use this for mixing my powder drink mixes. I know what you're thinking, this is Overkill. Well, you'd be right. But I feel that if it's good enough for a loaded tea shop, it's good enough for my kitchen. I make polenta and pour cooked batter in a cookie sheet pan, cool, and later cut then into squares or circles to create a baked, tasty version tortillas.Cooking fine yellow cornmeal requires constant stirring or whisking to avoid lumping and sticking and this gadget does the job perfectly and quickly and the results is a smooth batter.Blender is easy to control and has a powerful motor. I purchased this immersion blender and started using it about a year ago. Within the first several months, the plastic piece at the top of the detachable portion cracked, and pieces fell into what I was mixing. It was frustrating, but I patched it with electrical tape and continued to use it. Then yesterday, I heard a loud pop while blending on the regular speed (not turbo), and the motor is no longer functioning. Time for a new immersion blender - much sooner than expected!
