Just got it, did not turn that thing on.Why?Because there is a warning note at the bottom of the box saying - Do not turn it on until you read the user manual.I wonder if the manual should be emailed or sent to me via USPS?Looks shiny and beautiful, but the missing manual scares the heck out of me.Update. 07/02/2026Got a User Manual from the seller, thanks for that. But that manual raised more questions than it provided help.Being a technical man, I turned the machine on as I saw fit, and it worked like a charm.Got myself a nice BBQ and shish kebab at the same time. 2 sticks of BBQ and 2 stick

Works great but use smaller pieces of meat

Very disappointing. The machine is simply too small for real shish kebab. If you use normal-sized pieces of meat, they either touch each other or come too close to the heating element, so you are forced to cut the meat into very small pieces.The biggest problem is the lack of power. Instead of properly grilling and browning the meat, it mostly cooks in its own juices, almost like it is being boiled or steamed. You do not get the taste or texture of real shish kebab.At best, this machine may be useful for cooking sausages or very small pieces of food, but that is not what I bought it for. In my
