the item was great and the delivery drove all over my grass again so I think you will need to be sending me somne grass seede if this continues to happen ort I just stop using AMAZON!!! I attempted ot use this item and the tray would not rotate, it just sit there burning one side of the chicken!!

Love this roaster.....chickens turn out golden brown on outside and juicy on inside. Haven't yet made any kabobs, but plan to. I made a small rib roast and it turned out great! Love that the rotisserie roaster is compact enough to sit on top of stove or counter top.

This rotisserie does not deserve one star, it deserves a negative number of stars! I used this rotisserie for the first time tonight to cook a 4.5lb chicken. I had to trim the neck stub in order for the chicken to fit the height of the rotisserie. After two hours, I finally gave up and cut the chicken up and finished cooking it in the microwave (see pictures).I am so disappointed. I’ve had a Regal rotisserie for 18 years and could cook a six pound chicken in 40 minutes. The door wasn’t closing tight anymore and it was taking longer to cook so I decided it was time for a new one. What a mistake

Well let me start out with the positives.The rotisserie arrived well packaged, no damage and all the accessories were there. It looks great sitting next to other kitchen appliances, ready to work. The next day we cooked 2 whole chickens, one right after the other and both turned out great. The Breasts were a little dry but next time I'll either try cooking chicken for a shorter period of time or I will try injecting a flavoring during cooking, but that is for next time.I have also cooked a roast on it and it too turned out great, better than expected to my surprise. Clean up was easy both time

I use this all the time! Be sure to actually READ the directions. For example, whole chicken should be max 5lbs and really best be 4lbs or less. Cornish hens work well too.This is a vertical rotisserie. This is not a microwave like some reviewers seem to have thought. It will take the same time as an oven. In fact, I like them better done a bit on the well-done side.Place chicken on cone and press down until it can be slid into the unit. Alternative, the door is removable (also for cleaning).This isn't a super heavy item so it's easy to move around or store on a top shelf or cabinet.

I was so excited to get this but found out you can't control the temperature. I would be afraid to cook a whole chicken in here. You have to keep checking the temperature. It works pretty good for kabobs. The cage works great for skinny chicken breasts.

This product is wonderful. Easy use and clean up is a breeze. My roast beef and the chicken I’ve made were the best ever. No more buying expensive pre-roasted chicken. It was so moist and crispy. I love this product.

We received this yesterday and made our first rotisserie chicken today. It was by far the moistest rotisserie chicken we have ever eaten. The rotisserie was easy to use and unlike some other models I have seen and watched video reviews on was quiet while on. I sprayed the poultry tower with cooking spray and cooked a 3.9 lb. whole chicken rubbed only with a little Mrs. Dash salt substitute for 115 min. When the timer was done and it shut off I checked the chicken with a thermometer and it was perfect. The skin was crisp and the meat very juicy. The chicken slid right off onto the cutting board
