    These knives are very sharp but Giving a low star rating because knife's edge was chipped upon arrival. Either this carbon steel isn't very strong or wasn't honed correctly. Don't have high hopes on these lasting too long. Will not be buying this brand againUPDATE: KnifeSaga reached out to me and gave me a full refund. Even offered to send me a whole new set of knives for free. They informed me that they have high quality control and knife must’ve chipped during shipping. Their customer service is really on point and very professional. Because of their great customer service I will be updating
