Excellent for roasting anything! I’ve roasted a whole chicken in it and it came out amazing! It is very easy to clean as well! I highly recommend this oven as you will not regret it!

Can't put a big whole chicken. It will not cook all the way through or turn properly so it can cook all the way through.

It’s a good machine for certain foods. I think the rotisserie chicken and kabobs will do great. We used it for al pastor, however the inside stays moist while only the sides get that slightly toasted meat you look for in all pastor. We ended up sautéing the inside portion of the al pastor on the griddle to finish cooking it !! It would be hard to design a small personal machine for al pastor where you can shave off the outer portion and let the next layer keep cooking :)
