Great knives. Sharp and balanced well: the blade goes through the handle for a better balance and quality. Looks very nice, each knife is color coded. Blade sleeves are provided for each, which are also color coded. Very nice set. Recommended.
These knives are terrific. Reasonable price. They are very strong and very very sharp. So glad they each have a protective sheath. (My last bunch of knives were also Cuisinart but the color started to peel off and I found pieces of the paint in my food!! That's when I decided to buy another set). These are made differently than the last set I had, and with this Stainless Steel ColorCore, I feel certain that the color will not peel off these. I highly recommend these.

The stainless steel blades are exceptionally sharp right out of the box, providing precise and effortless cutting. Whether I'm chopping vegetables, slicing meat, or dicing fruits, these knives handle each task with ease and accuracy.
I really like this set. I had a bunch of old knives. Some of them had plastic handles and some of them had wood handles. Overtime they were worn and not easy to clean. I find these nice very attractive and very sharp. I have them on the display with a knife bar attached to the wall. I thought they were very good value for the money.
So so happy with the knives. I had to worn my family to be extra careful, they are much sharper than the last set we had. Feeling like a real chef now.. lol
Knives fell apart after 2 years. Handles completely broke apart. They are sharp and the blades are made from quality steel. They perform way better than expected and then fell apart (completely) Sounds strange but for the price, I’ll probably buy them again
Love this set! They are sharp! They store easy and I love that they are color coated so I’m not digging in my knife drawer for the knife I need. Dishwasher safe and stores safely.
These are my go to knives, love the various sizes and that they have covers!
