    I was on the fence about buying a pressure cooker but saw the potential utility of it seeing as I live in Arizona and the weather is warming up (too dang fast) and this could help prepare home cooked meal without turning on the oven or stove. I have ZERO regrets about purchasing this item. It has saved me time, money, and effort. I simply marinate animal protein the night before, take it out of the fridge when I get home from work, and put it in the pressure cooker as I wind down and relax a little after getting home. I cooked a whole soy sauce, garlic, and ginger marinated chicken in 29 mins.

    Since Ive purchased it love it. Originally I wanted to purchase the instant pot. But this has worked great for everything i have created. The chicken breast came out nice and juicy and broke apart nicely. I also made beans and they came out great. I didnt have to keep going back to check in it like I would on the stove. I always burned the beans but not with this appliance. Super easy to take apart to clean. Should definitely prder more seals since the last time the smell stayed. I also like the automatic timing for the specific buttons. The only downside is it only has one setting for tempera
