Review is for the 6 Quart Instant Pot Pro. I love this thing and plan to use it for every single thing that I can!Setup was easy and next to no effort other than cleaning out the pot to start. Thought I had to take the white rubber 'cap' off the red popup pressure indicator under the lid as it looked like some sort of cover but I did not try - thankfully. My previous insta pot was a 6qt non-stick pot. I really enjoyed that pot. But many times I wished it was a little bigger. And getting the pot out of the unit was a bit dicy, you have to use pot holders for the heat and it could slip out of your hands. I have loved the versatility of this pressure cooker since it has only one lid and functions include Steam and Cook, Broiling, and so much more. So far so good, made my first soup, a Sunday comfort jam and potatoes soup. Cooked on pressure soup program the food was delicious and easy to follow instructions on the Instant Pot app. The Pot worked as advertised. I love the pot, the price was great, and delivery was on time. I do recommend the product and vendor. If there are any issues I will return with details.
