I am loving this little friend. I am using it make yogurt pretty often, and this really helps with the process! Instead of waiting with your thermometer in the pot, to reach 180 degrees, this pot boils it for you, and then notifies you when it's done. I'm absolutely loving this, and it's a real help in the kitchen. It's small enough so it doesn't take up too much cabinet space, it hasn't leaked even a drop, and it's easy clean. Great product and value for your money!

My 8-quart Instant Pot arrived yesterday mid-day. This is my 4th or 5th electric pressure cooker, and it is replacing a Cooks Essentials 6-quart electric PC whose interior pot's non-stick lining had chipped.
