    never used an instapot before but I'd have used a regular stove top pressure cooker. this thing is amazing once I figured out I think you're going to be able to cook a lot of things. you can still take things in it it heats up fast. I think this is going to be a game changer in my kitchen.

    Does not provide capability to set a time for pressure cooking. If you want a preset time to cook porridge you are good to go. Disappointed in the seal and would have preferred a stainless liner… but happy with the size for cooking rice. It is no Instapot.
