Elite Gourmet ERC-2010 Rice Cooker, Stainless Steel, White, 10 Cups Cooked

Have used this at least once or twice a week for 2 years and it still works amazing and is so easy to use. Just add rice and water and set it and forget it. I also love that its stsinless steel. At first I had issues with the rice sticking on the bottom but I've since learned to take the pot off the cooker when its done and set it on a hot pad for 5-10 minutes and it will not stick to the bottom.

I really love this rice cooker because the inner pot is stainless steel. I don’t have to worry about the coating peeling or getting scratched like I would with a nonstick pot.The only downside is that some rice sticks to the bottom. My tip is to remove the rice as soon as it finishes cooking. The longer you leave it sitting, the more it sticks and the harder it is to clean.Overall, I’m very happy with it. The stainless steel pot is a big plus for me, and I would definitely recommend this rice cooker if you want something durable without a nonstick coating.

I’m really happy with this rice cooker. The steel inner pot is excellent no stains, no discoloration, and very easy to clean. It cooks evenly and is perfect for small to medium meals. Great quality for the price

First off, it definitely doesn’t cook 5 cups of rice. The bowl is pretty small, and you can only cook about 3 cups comfortably till the rim. Also, water keeps coming out of the steam vent while cooking, even with just 1 cup of rice. I still kept it since I wanted a rice cooker with a stainless steel pot. In the beginning, there was a plastic smell when turning it on, but that went away after a few days. But after just 2 months, one of the legs broke. My 20 year old fancy fuzzy-logic rice cooker, which still worked perfectly, had a bowl which was non-stick, and the material had been flaking off despite my never using metal utensils on it. I looked everywhere for a replacement bowl which was NOT non-stick, including the unhelpful manufacturer, who kept telling me there were no PFAS in it, something I found hard to believe given its age. Lot of others were looking for non-coated stainless steel bowls too (to judge by Reddit’s “rice cooker” sub), with no success. Looks excellent and, makes perfect rice utilizing a beautiful stainless steel pot. What's not to love? Best healthy basic rice cooker on the market.

This is smaller than it says but more importantly, It started smoking with acrid burnt plastic smelling smoke the first time we used it! we just had a house fire a few months ago and replaced our damaged rice cooker after the fire, so this was genuinely traumatic and it took two days to clear the smoke smell out of the kitchen. This item is dangerous. It was not the outlet either as we have been using that outlet on other hot appliances without any issues. This product is unsafe and having something catch fire right after a house fire was completely upsetting.

The kids break easily and are not especially the plastic portionsI hope they work on this and it’s great other than that issue
