I hate cooking rice on the stove. So I got this rice cooker and it has been a game changer. I absolutely love it! It comes with a measuring cup and spoon. It also automatically switches from "cook" to "warm," so you don't have to worry about keeping your eye on it. It does not shut off automatically though. Which I let it sit for a couple of minutes on warm before I unplug it. If you let it sit too long on warm, the rice will start to burn to the bottom of the insert pot. But if you unplug it and allow it start cooling down, you shouldn't have any problem with rice sticking to it at all. It is

I bought this a little over a year ago and felt the need to review it recently. It is still going strong, despite the fact that my partner recently set it on fire on accident. No, this was not a cooking accident nor any error with the ricecooker malfunctioning. The fire was externally introduced to the ricecooker. Anyway, we put out the fire quickly and it's still working perfectly. 5 stars.

Good price, perfect size for single people or couples. Easy to use, just rice and water, but you can add seasoning to enhance the flavor as it cooks (add a little soy sauce to the water before beginning to cook, for example). I use this thing all the time to cook Jasmine rice. Only takes 15 or 20 minutes to cook a cup of Jasmine rice. It comes out perfect every time. Great for making Sticky Rice! Clean up is a snap because the insert comes right out and can be washed easily.

I needed a new rice cooker..The one I had was over 15 yrs old and wasn't working that well so needed something smaller to fit on my counter. It is rather small but can hold up to 6 cups of rice so it says. Seems to be easy to use
