Cuts a tomato a cell deep without even holding it! Crazy sharp! Just as I was looking for. Still sharp as can be after 10 months. I honed the one we use most once. Bought expensive stones to sharpen, but haven't had to use yet. Highly recommend!
What can I say about these... I have been cooking since I was in my teens and I have never had a very, very nice set of knives. 'WOW' is the only word I can think to describe the quality of this product. So far I have used almost most of the knives and every knife has exceeded expectations. THIS was a purchase I do not regret at all and if anyone is looking at getting a set of knives makes you want to take cooking to a whole new level I would recommend this. Lastly I would recommend making sure that the seller is Cutlery and More, they are FANTASTIC. This purchase was a first from that company
Superb, beautiful knives! A little pricey, but if you do a lot of home prep, definately worth it. My wife immediately threw out the old kitchen knives. Just touch the edge of the knife on a line and it's so sharp, it literally falls through the body. Handles feel solid and smooth and they hold their edge. The blade itself is beautiful the pictures do not so them justice.
