Plan your means to mount this hood. I had to support mine by being creative. As you can see I am not attached to the wall. I have two vertical supports in the rear of my setup. I attached my vertical support in 3 places, bottom of grill, at stainless steel wall and finished it at the top with a return to the wall. Make sure you have an electrical outlet near by. I like the look, it does the job, it lights up and I do not pay attention to the low fan noise. This item was the most affordable at time of my purchase and it is worth its weight in STEEL.Indiana Joe
