Hello readers!I am a Korean customer that is extremely satisfied with this product, which is saying a lot. Unfortunately, I have never used or needed to use any other features, so this review will be strictly for rice cooking. This rice cooker is everthing i wanted and needed. Hassle free to make rice and also makes fantastic rice each time since there's self-regulation for heat. The insides are easy to clean too. You don't have to 'scrape off' cooled rice, since a gentle push is enough for it to come off. If it isn't, toss water and detergent into the detached(you can lift the part where you cook the rice out) cooking pot and leave it overnight. It'll definitely come off.Only complaint: The cord is short. Like slightly more than 1/2 an arm's length. Nothing an extension cord can't cover though.

Maybe my review will be a little biased since we bought this after our super-cheap rice maker died and this one has several more features that I love about it. I love that it doesn't spew steam and nasty rice-water all over my counter like my old one did. I love that it has a countdown timer, a delay timer, and a keep warm feature. I love that the brown rice I cook seems to be fully cooked now as opposed to still crunchy in my old rice cooker. I'm excited to try its other functions besides the "whole grain" one. But! Oh, and get steel-cut oatmeal for this!Keeps my rice warm for an indefinite time and works great for prepping steel-cut oatmeal (the nutrient-richer-but-more-time-consuming stuff) the night before. For whatever reason I felt compelled to write a review at 2am of this rice cooker I bought 8 years ago.Still works great, never had any issues.It's beat up a little and the moisture catcher got damaged when it go knocked over once. It's fallen 1-2ft of tables and such a few times, still going strong with no hiccups.

You get what you pay for. You really need to keep an eye on it, as it will burn the rice every time. The few times we kept an eye on it to make sure it wouldn't burn, we got away with minimally burned rice (this was usually with 15-20 minutes left on the timer).I like the look of it and it doesn't take up much space.
