I really liked the cost of the product compared to its competition. I also like that this product is upgradable, however somewhat difficult to do. It has 1 free ram slot that I added another eight gigs to make dual channel, and it has a free m2 hard drive slot that I put a half terabyte SSD in the m2 and set as boot drive. So I have needed a new laptop for awhile now & needed one that could run my designer app with ease. I have not run into any issues with this laptop so far! I can run my programs & flip back to FB or any other app/program with no lag & no freezing! I recommend this laptop!

I think this is a great laptop to buy if you are just getting into PC gaming and aren't looking to spend an arm and a leg. It does have it's limitations with the amount of RAM that it has, so the speeds at times can be a bit slow. The graphics and the amount of storage space that you get is decent for the price range. I have had this Laptop for a few months now and have spent a lot of time using it, it has done everything that I have asked of it. That being said I am not the most technically advanced person so like I said I think it is great for someone looking to start gaming but probably not

This laptop exceeded my expectations. It runs everything I throw at it. I don’t need my settings on high or ultra although it can handle that on older games, but on medium settings I’m still getting around 100 fps or more. Well worth the purchase.

I bought this laptop in ‘23 and have been very pleased, EXCEPT! The keyboard isn’t backlit, in spite that being one of the specs listed on the Amazon page. I didn’t realize it right away , but it became a real problem - and I had to hit the ground running as soon as I got it (as a replacement for my business), and had spent that initial burst of energy and time loading up all the software and data I needed. Then it was hard to conceive of sending it back and starting over. I thought maybe I’d been mixed up about that having been listed, but finally have gone back and tracked the original descr

The add's picture and description shows the laptop has a backlit keyboard. The one I received does not (I wanted this feature). I suspect that will be the case for anyone else that orders this item. I plan on keeping mine since all else seems to be OK. I did send a message to the seller to correct the issue. Hope he does before someone else orders one.Update - Seller replied with instruction for the backlight. The F4 key was the trick to turn it on. All is good. Recommend this product and the seller. Thanks!
