This product works as advertised. I used this among 3 other food scales and they were all off by .01 ounces. By that measurement I would say this is pretty accurate. What I like about this product compared to the other products I already have is the larger and brighter screen. The screen is very easy to read at any reasonable angle. I also like finished surface which seems to be much more durable than the others. Usability is great as well, switching between measurement types is easy and intuitive. I’ve only been using it for a week but so far, so good. I bake sourdough, measure for health tracking and recipes. Easy to use and switch modes. Concerned that there’s no off switch and that the battery life may be impacted when stored in my cupboard if pressed. We shall see.
