    JUST WHAT I NEEDED!

    I'm not a professional chef, but most people with whom I break bread seem to enjoy the food I prepare, as it comes from my heart and soul! Having the right tools and equipment in my kitchen/laboratory makes it easy to prepare my vast cuisine. And since I'm a bit OCD about most things in my home décor, this knife set fits right in with my appliances, utensils and the rest of my home. Everything is the right balance in my small hands and is a pleasure to use! The word ecstatic comes to mind as I chop and cut fresh veggies.

    I reaalllly like it and I am very happy.

    However, I cannot give it 5 stars simply because it is not perfect.The knife holding base is made of plastic, is hollow and very lightweight. It does, however, come with 2 insertable metal weights that attach to the bottom base to add a little more stability, nevertheless, if you use it the narrow way (like I am) it can fall over easily if you are not careful. I have mine wedged in between the coffee machine and the food processor so it is not so bad. It's actually pretty ideal, I have more space now than I did with my old wooden box knife set (see pictures). I actually like that the box is pl

    These are amazing

    Got a set of these for Christmas in 2022 and they're still perfect today. I use them all the time. Still very sharp and haven't rusted. I clean them off immediately after using them and put them back in the holder. The holder is a little cheap feeling, but it's held up just fine with no issues. I got a set for my dad this past Christmas cause I love mine so much. Oh and the kitchen shears that come with them?? LOVE THEM!! Best pair of scissors in my house.

    high quality knives, but I don't love the holder.

    I was a little disappointment with the quality of the holder. The knives themselves are great quality but the holder is plastic and flimsy which I wasn't expecting when looking at it in the pictures.
