I have several knife sets just because I love a good deal, but I must say, these D.Perlla knives have exceeded my expectations 1000%. I didn't know what to expect when I received them. I actually was thinking they were a set of inexpensive knives that would need to be sharpened not long after the first use, but let me tell you, these knives have been holding up so well.
