    I bought these knives (15 piece set) to replace a 25 year old set of Chicago Cutlery. WOW, I love them! They are so sharp! They are well made and I love the way they are balanced in my hand. The variety of knives offered in the set is great, something perfect for every task. One of my favorite things are that the steak knives aren't serrated. It's a great set, for the price!I wish I would have bought these long ago!
