This is a great kitchen scale. It, accurate, easy to clean, and lightweight. As a baker, a big plus is that the scale is large enough for a large mixing bowl while still being able to read the display easily. It's simple to switch between grams, ounces and pounds, and has an automatic shut off. I have never had to change the batteries however the battery compartment is easy to access. The scale is lightweight but doesn't slide around when using it. I especially like the neutral color that it comes in. I really like the size of this NutriMill kitchen scale. It’s large enough to hold a full mixing bowl, which makes baking and cooking much easier. The display is clear, and it feels sturdy on the counter. It works well for weighing flour, sugar, and other dry ingredients.My only wish is that it measured liquid volume in milliliters. That would make it more versatile for recipes that call for liquids. Very easy to clean! It is very easy to use! I haven’t tested the accuracy but my recipes come out fine! I guess it is accurate! Very easy to move!

Love this scale! It is large enough to hold a mixer bowl, and it doesn't turn off within 60 seconds of weighing something - meaning that I can put the bowl on the scale and measure all my bread-making ingredients right into it. It requires 2 AAA batteries.
