UPDATE: I did a previous update a week ago tearing into this because just nothing was working right. I almost returned it. Instead I pestered customer service (they're saints) for almost 3 weeks to have them help figure out what was wrong with it because this set up has the best night vision I've seen. It's all been resolved now (I think...). But come on, I paid a LOT of money for this - for it to not work right is unacceptable. That just can't happen. I am so pleased with this security camera system. Very clear picture day and night. Works great so far. I had an electrician install the cameras and he said these are the best cameras that he has seen. I hooked up the NVR myself and it was easy. I used 8 cameras that came with it. Can add 8 more if I need them.

Cameras are easy to install. Cables depending on how you want them ran can take time but not impossible. System is incredibly easy to set up and pictures on cameras are great love system so far.

A great security setup. Use Cat 6 cable for better video quailty. Ok to setup, easy to use on the app.

Camera system is pretty good, easy to install and pretty good video quality. Not sure 100% about the durability and quality of the DVR. Right out of the box the system has issues. It keeps dropping hard disk and cannot record videos.Amazon support was not that great as well. They cannot replace only the DVR and directed towards manufacture for support. Working with Reolink support right now but I am not happy that I have to spent extra time fixing stuffs that I just paid for. I will wait for couple of days and might initiate return with Amazon before my 30 days is over.Update: Customer service

Our club purchased this system to replace an outdated system that was causing us nothing but problems. I had 2 quotes from other companies. One for $6,000 and the other for $9,000. I purchased this system to upgrade from a much cheaper, wireless SMONET camera system. After installing 5 of the 8 cameras I was very impressed with the audio quality, video quality and functionality of the mobile and desktop app compared to what I had been used to. My only concern so far is about 2 days after installing only 5 of the 8 cameras, 1 of the cameras started have moisture build up inside of the camera housing causing the video feed from that camera to become slightly blurred (camera is mounted outside but in a covered location that does not get wet).
