I had originally purchased the ecobee Smart Doorbell camera and while I was generally pleased with the quality, I did not realize until after I had installed it that it required a paid subscription to store *any* video. After months of testing, this device is useless. They provided me an "RMA" to replace the device, but I've already replaced a prior device, so I do not expect a change.I've removed reolink connection to the Amazon service to see if doorbell rings could be answered, but they cannot. The device immediately dicsonnects after attempting to answer the call. I can watch footage as they are waiting but once I hit accept the doorbell goes off wifi and will not reconnect until I reboot my routers.Further update:After 2 weeks the memory card is unreadable and I cannot View my recordings.
