I haven't had this scale long enough to know how durable it is, but I'm having fun with it. I need to track time and amounts of food, and this makes it so much easier for the way I eat. I can just keep adding stuff to a bowl or plate, taring in between. It even works to weigh how much nut/seed butter or cream cheese etc. that I'm spreading on bread or crackers. I can just pour out whatever I really want of chips or nuts or peanuts or whatever rather than being constrained to volume measurements. Easy to use and store

I purchased this scale to weigh ingredients for pizza dough and while on the whole it does what its supposed to do, I have a couple of issues with it. There is a lip in the bowl, but the bowl itself is an odd shape and make pouring out flour slightly precarious. Also it has a hard time weighing really small things. Weighing 7 grams takes some manipulating to get it to register, whereas 400 grams shows right up. My last issue is that there aren't any decimal places, so if you need a fraction of a gram, you've got to really eyeball it. Overall, its fine, but I really wish I had something that wa

I bought this for my wife as she was doing a diet and was fretting over the fact that she did not know how much (by weight) she was eating.
