SYOKAMI 9-Piece Butcher Knife Set for Meat Processing with Leather Roll

Me gusta mucho este set de cuchillos, es muy completo, muy afiladas sus hojas, un estuche prolijo! Todo ello, por un valor muy accesible. La forma de los cuchillos, es muy atractiva, mezcla de cazador y de chef. Si haberlo utilizado, creo que vale cada dólar, para alguien amante de la parrilla y de la cocina en general. Es un juguete más a la colección.

Very sharp out of the box. Only thing I didnt care for is the design of the carrying case.

This set is actually beautiful and well crafted, we love the satchel to carry them in as well very well made. The only draw back is the sharpening tool, its handle is plastic and in a set so beautifully made with wooden handles and and so much care, to have the sharpening tool essentially the item to keep the tools going is the least well made item out of the set. Otherwise we can't wait to make something deliciously amazing with them!

As a person who grills multiple times a week over the summer, I am so happy that I was given the opportunity to product test this butcher knife set because the quality turned out to be fantastic. It is easily the best and most premium set of meat processing knives that I have ever owned. And because of the price, I really had high expectations. I ordered these for my dad who is a huge kitchen hobbyist. Every time I head to his place to hangout, he’s showing off some new kitchen gadget or utensil he picked up (and hasn't used yet).
