I am very pleased with this kitchen knife set. The quality is quite nice, they have substance but are not unduly heavy, the ergonomics are excellent, and they are razor sharp. Be careful with these. They are so sharp they will cut you if you stare at them too long. Well, almost. I also love the roll bag, because I do not like storing knives in a wooden block on the counter. With this set, I can lay the bag in the open position inside a kitchen drawer. I also love the hard polymer sheath that each knife comes in. They protect the cutting edges well in addition to your fingers.I recommend these
