When paired with a Ubiquiti NVR, these things just rock. The interface is top notch. The cameras themselves are easy to install with a little technical know-how. Picture quality is excellent and night vision is surprisingly clear and far-reaching. However, not exactly a plug and play option like some all-in-one kits. If you like to tinker and don't mind the premium price, worth it!

I bought three of these. I replaced my system from Amcrest to UniFi. I love Ubiquiti products. Products are professional and reasonably priced. I replaced my turret Amcrest cameras with this UniFi 2k camera. Front door, patio and garage. It had a slight 10% wider angle than Amcrests 8M 4k turret cam.Easier to install and plenty of settings to work with my NVR settings. eBay and the actual UniFi website goes for $129 or more. Surprisingly Amazon was cheaper so I bought three saving my money!

Replaced an older outdoor camera with the G5 Turret Ultra and the difference was immediately noticeable. Video quality is crisp, motion detection is accurate, and integration with UniFi Protect is seamless. I especially like the compact turret form factor because it looks less bulky than traditional bullet cameras. After several weeks of use through rain and hot weather, it has performed without any issues.
This is my second time purchasing this camera, our home is up to 10 cameras now that protect our perimeter. After years of playing with wifi based camera security systems I can't tell you how happy I've been with the Ubiquiti cameras. I've had my home system for about 3 years with Ubiquiti and i have 7 of their cameras mounted outdoors in the Arizona sun for multiple years and these devices just keep on going.
