The Ubiquiti UniFi Travel Router (UTR) is a compact and powerful WLAN router specially designed for mobile use. Whether in the hotel, on business trips or in the holiday home, the UTR allows you to quickly establish a secure and centrally managed network regardless of the existing infrastructure. As a mobile router, the UTR connects existing wired or wireless Internet access to its own WLAN.

The public network is converted into a separate, protected WLAN (WISP mode), so that personal devices can be operated safely. This greatly increases safety and privacy when travelling.     Praktischer Reise-Router für ein bestehendes UniFi-Netzwerk

    Der UniFi Travel Router ist bei mir seit knapp vier Wochen im Einsatz. Interessant war er vor allem deshalb, weil ich bereits UniFi-Komponenten nutze und auch unterwegs eine vertraute Netzwerklösung haben wollte. Das Gerät ist kompakt genug für das Reisegepäck und lässt sich deutlich bequemer mitnehmen als ein normaler Router.Die Einrichtung ist gut machbar, wenn man das UniFi-System bereits kennt. Anschließend können mehrere Geräte über den Router verbunden werden, ohne dass jedes Gerät einzeln im vorhandenen WLAN eingerichtet werden muss. Das ist beispielsweise in einer Ferienwohnung oder ei
