Love our Cuckoo. This is our second Cuckoo. I accidentally broke our first. Quite the investment, but it cooks a variety of rice in many ways. We love the scorched rice setting.

Unfortunately, my Korean pressure cooker arrived with a subtle malfunction. When I attempted to cook under pressure, it failed to pressurize, resulting in a disappointing 1-star rating.The issue seems to stem from a miscalibrated electrical solenoid that controls the pressure valve relative to the valve’s weight. So far so good! I've been using it to cook pork belly using white rice high pressure function (25 min) and the meat turned out to be very delicious, same as I use the stove to cook but for 1 hour. The cleaning function is great. The con is that it's too small to cook a meal for more than 2 people. And you have to play around to see which function works best for your cooking and liking because the 3-cup model does not have many functions. But I'm sure you can find the same functions like the bigger model using different cooking methods.

I bought this as a gift for a friend, and they really like it. It has many useful functions, including high-pressure capability. The only reason I deducted a star is the price—it feels a bit expensive.
