Okay, I’ve had this for about seven months now and it works so well. I cook for me two people who eat rice and so it holds the rice temperature very well and perfect every time not mushy or overheated where it becomes hard. This was definitely a more expensive rice cooker than my other one, but I wanted a smaller version that my 10 cup this one does well For a family of three and very easy to clean does not take up that much counter space!! even better that it qualified for six payments without no interest added so definitely get it if you can if they offer the 0% interest!!!

It has a porridge setting that worked perfect. The brown rice setting also created perfect brown rice. Its cool and over engineered. U get what u pay for. Easy to use. Easy to clean.

My wife is Korean and she just had to have this rice cooker. We've been using cheap rice cookers for the 42 years that we've been married, so I figured that she deserved a good one. This rice cooker makes great rice quickly and is also able to keep rice warms for a long time. We've had rice that came from this rice cooker 24 hours after being cooked and still very good. It has a digital display that shows how long it's been in the warm setting. I sort of made fun of the name Cuckoo, this sort of upset the wife, because she's proud of Korean products. I have a LOT of rice cookers. All high end, but you know how it is….despite having perfectly fine rice cookers, you always fantasize about the “Cadillac” of rice cookers and wonder if the rice you make could be even better.Well…..sigh. First of all there are few recipes internet-wide for this model. Secondly, despite being highly educated and many hours spent re-reading the manual…..it’s like a wispy cloud being pushed across the sky by the wind. In other words…..it’s beautiful but I can’t make heads or tails of the manual or even the measuring marks on the inside of the pot. I am disgruntled.

This is a fantastic rice cooker and makes perfect rice quick. The instructions suck and are worthless. That said just go on AI and you can learn a boat load of info about this cooker and how to use it.
