I got this for my mom and grandmother and they love it. It's simple to use and makes rice perfectly each time. It has a nice simple look to it and the value for this rice cooker is worth it. The cuckoo brand does a great job with their products.

Bought 2 of these. One for my house and one for my daughter in college. Super easy to use. If you eat a lot of rice you might get the next model up. The clasp on this one isn’t overly sturdy, but it works. I use this for white and brown rice.

very good rice cooker. You can’t really mess up rice unless you don’t know how to cook rice;) easy clean up and it doesn’t stick to pot on the inside. Simple one push button so it’s simple and easy to use.

The first time I used it, water spewed out the top vent and went everywhere. It took me forever to clean it up. The second time I used it, it completely burned my food. The third time I tried to use it, it wouldn't even turn on anymore.
