CUCKOO Rice Cooker and Warmer, 20-Cup Cooked, White, CR-1095

Update: Unfortunately my review changed from a 5 to a 2 due to quality issues. I’ve had this rice cooker since the end of June and it’s already stopped working. I’m so disappointed because it was truly working great but it just disintegrates last!I love this rice cooker it works great and saves time and the hassle of watching the stove! I wish the veggie steamer was stainless steel and not a plastic basket. Also the insert is aluminum but it’s the first rice cooker I’ve ever purchased and it does a great job! I cooked 2 cups of rice and it turned out perfect.

I absolutely adore this rice cooker. I purchased it as a refurbished unit, and it arrived in pristine condition, almost as if it were brand new. This is undoubtedly the finest rice cooker I’ve ever used. They cooked the rice exceptionally well. I specifically use jasmine rice daily. I’m considering buying a smaller version because I only cook 3 to 4 cups of rice a day. However, this rice cooker can hold up to 20 cups of rice, and it can cook 10 cups when cooked.

Hello everyone. If you are wondering if you should buy this rice cooker. I would say absolutely. I needed one because I just love rice and wanted the convenience as well. The main reason I choose this one is because it comes with a steam tray so its easy to get veggies in. The texture of the rice comes out perfect and when you steam veggies they come out chewy which makes them easy to eat. Overall I am very satisfied with this rice cooker. One of the best purchases I made.

I was really excited to use this rice cooker, as I heard a lot of good things about this from people I know who have it. When we received the item, the box looked like it has been opened before and looks like a return, as I saw a sticker showing the UPS Store. We ordered it brand new and received one that was not brand new. The item was also missing parts and was used before it was returned as there were dry rice in the rice cooker and stuff on top. I was really disappointed and ended up setting up a return. Maybe in the future I will give this another chance.

If you're looking for a very basic rice cooker that you'll use to make rice and eat it the same day, this one gets the job done. The rice comes out well when it's freshly cooked.However, if you plan to keep the rice on the "Keep Warm" setting and eat it the next day or even the day after, I wouldn't recommend this model.
