i just got this yesterday. I was tired of lugging out the mix master to make cookies so i bought this. I had made a batch of peanut butter cookies with the mix master 2 days ago. When i got this today I tried to make a batch with the Cusinart Power Advantage 9 speed. The cookies turned out even better than with the mix master. The machine is SO easy to use. I did not have any of the problems people had with the initial slow speed; I guess if you were mixing liquids maybe but i had no problem at all with butter & sugar. Great mixer! Good quality! I love the 9 speeds. I never had a nine speed mixer before and its great because it starts slow enough that it doesn't cause flour dust to go everywhere. Also after mixing the beaters have a lot less batter/dough stuck to them. The whisk attachment is handy and works well in bowls that are a bit narrow at the bottom. The storage container for attachments and cord with mixer sitting on top is very nice. I gave this mixer 5 stars because i feel it is a great value and really good product.

This PLUS 9-speed hand mixer to me is a really worthwhile machine. As I have purchased and returned two previous mixers. This 220-watt motor is the same that is replacing my old 5-speed with power burst. Since this one has 9 speeds a power burst is not needed with this one. The weight is balanced making for easy handling. I appreciate the large flat area that it rests on. The cord is long enough that I didn't have to remove the twist tie to plug it in.I especially enjoy the stainless-steel wire beaters. I was not sure how much better they would be over the older flat style with the center stem

This works great! Super sturdy and it's a workhorse! I was skeptical, because I have fried three other hand mixers and this one didn't even flinch! Great for making thicker cookie batter and love the case to keep everything together.

I purchased this mixer to replace my old KitchenAid KHM9PWH 9-Speed Professional Hand Mixer that decided it will not work anymore. Before I purchased the Cuisinart HM-90S Power Advantage Plus 9-Speed Handheld Mixer, I did a lot of research on hand mixers that might be suitable for my needs. I ultimately chose the HM-90S for several reasons:1. Cuisinart seems to be a trusted brand for small kitchen appliances such as hand mixers and blenders. (in my opinion)2. Extra attachment accessories that it comes with: flat beaters, chef's whisk, dough hooks, spatula, and storage case.3. Slow start speeds

Love this mixer. I use it for most everything given the power- from whip cream to cookies. I love the way it packs up together for easy storage and retrieval. No more searching for the beaters! Best hand mixer.

Good quality hand mixer#. A good number of speed options for the right batter consistency. Sometimes it's more efficient to use a handheld than a stand mixer, such as for banana bread and muffins.

Great hand held mixer! Changing speeds works easy. Easy to wipe off.
