Great product. Simple to use. Convenient. Good accessories like the small su king cups at base of blender. Smart move. I like the fact you can use the shaker cup straight from the blender itself.My only complaint are the rubber seals that are placed around the blades base. They're loose and so not sit it firmly when turned upside doew to use blender. One of the rubber seals fell into my shaker cup and it got chopped up all inside my shake. No bueno. Easy to use and makes the juice ypu want easy to make

The whole reason I bought it was for the big blender, it was just a bonus to have the personal one as well as an option. But of course, the big blender doesn’t work. EVERYTIME you screw the big one on, nothing. Everytime you screw the small one on, it turns on perfectly. I want a refund.

This blender is very powerful and heavy duty. It does a great job crushing the ice. There were no chunks at all when I made smoothies. There is a bit of a learning curve as to where to place the jar and the jar cover to be able to open and close them easily. If you are having difficulty, then experiment with your starting point - when you are at the correct place, they will turn and lock easily. Note that there are safety features - if you plug it in, have everything in place, and nothing happens when you push the power button, then most likely the jar or jar cover are not completely locked in

Very nice blender. This is the third blender that i have tried in a month and I am keeping it. It blends well. It blends ingredients to make soups and sauces very well. We use it every day!

I use a blender daily for morning smoothies. Also use the large container for things like Sofrito. I;ve tried a very inexpensive one and that didnt work well at all. I also tried one that cost a little more than this one but didnt have as much power and didnt have the large container and had only the one set of blades. This one seems to hit the sweet spot. and if you register the product, they give you 2 years of warranty rather than one.
